To convince independent sales reps to represent McKesson’s revenue cycle management solutions over competing solutions.

The Solution

Graphic Ardt & Design, Inc. designed Special Agent certificates and accompanying collateral to help promote McKesson Business Performance Services at trade shows.

McKesson Business Performance Services had a once-a-year opportunity to introduce its market offerings to 1,500 indirect commissioned sales representatives. Building on the overall sales meeting theme, “Be the One”, Graphic Ardt & Design, Inc, in collaboration with Relish Marketing, helped develop a McKesson Special Agent themed booth, secret agent exam and first mission. To add depth to this playful approach, GAD designed supporting materials. A personalized certificate was provided to each participant. Branded collateral explaining McKesson’s knowledge and expertise was available. And a looping PowerPoint helped promote the benefits that McKesson offered. The promotion was an instant hit, generating more than 400 leads and earning McKesson the Best Booth award for the show.

In order to help them garner the highest quality applicants, GAD helped leverage the Lenbrook brand to create printed mailers and corresponding emails to multiple segments of their target market, along with collateral that could be downloaded and viewed on any device. Thanks to this work, Lenbrook keeps their open inventory at a minimum.

Graphic Ardt & Design, Inc. helped to develop an employer branding guide along with a series of case studies, create an industry-leading report on Super Trends and their implications, and design interactive digital presentations for Morrison executives to deliver at meetings and conferences.

As the number of senior citizens continues to dramatically rise, Morrison Living, the leading senior services company, continuously invests in generating deep insights into the market they serve. GAD was instrumental in helping them communicate it.

For instance, GAD helped Morrison showcase how their work delivered transformative results for two of their clients. The Bateman project centered around their development of a “restaurant that could open to the public.” It not only demonstrated Morrison’s award-winning nutritional services, but also their innovative use of data analytics, educational offerings and creative design to ensure success. Another project highlighted how the company extended its proven internal recognition program to Flik’s diverse hospitality workforce, driving better retention and satisfaction.
