Graphic Ardt & Design, Inc. sourced uplifting stock music and video, building a forward-focused video that set the tone for the 2020 Leadership Conference.

As the COVID pandemic became a lasting reality, Kimberly-Clark called a Leadership Conference to address the radically new business landscape. They saw an opportunity to improve operations to serve customers in a better way. GAD worked with strategist and writer, Corey-Jan Albert, to fuse messaging with inspiring video to set the tone for this proactive project.  Watch the video below.

Use still images in a video supporting the recruitment of Kimberly-Clark's mill maintenance workforce.

The Solution

Graphic Ardt & Design, Inc. sourced dynamic music and layered images to create a visually stimulating recruitment video.

Kimberly-Clark’s mechanical and electrical maintenance professionals work independently and in teams to install, upgrade and maintain computer-assisted, automated manufacturing technologies. In order to promote their state-of-the-art facilities, they enlisted GAD’s help. This video uses photography from their brand library along with stock music to demonstrate some of the employment options available in their upbeat work environment. Watch the video below.

McKesson needed to help their medical provider clients understand the complex transition to accountable care as it relates to insurance.

The Solution

Graphic Ardt & Design, Inc. created a tabbed e-book that illustrated McKesson's content and made navigating to specific information intuitive and easy.

McKesson develops and delivers solutions to U.S. healthcare organizations facing significant challenges. As the medical industry shifted from volume- to value-based reimbursement and new standards for diagnoses and procedures, many of their clients were overwhelmed. This interactive e-book provided engaging, easy-to-follow introductions to complex topics and ways to capitalize on them. With the content organized into sections, the pdf addressed the multiple challenges of this transitional time. Clear navigation and simple graphics, as well as links to additional online resources, supplied much-needed guidance at a challenging time.

The Challenge

To convince independent sales reps to represent McKesson’s revenue cycle management solutions over competing solutions.

The Solution

Graphic Ardt & Design, Inc. designed Special Agent certificates and accompanying collateral to help promote McKesson Business Performance Services at trade shows.

McKesson Business Performance Services had a once-a-year opportunity to introduce its market offerings to 1,500 indirect commissioned sales representatives. Building on the overall sales meeting theme, “Be the One”, Graphic Ardt & Design, Inc, in collaboration with Relish Marketing, helped develop a McKesson Special Agent themed booth, secret agent exam and first mission. To add depth to this playful approach, GAD designed supporting materials. A personalized certificate was provided to each participant. Branded collateral explaining McKesson’s knowledge and expertise was available. And a looping PowerPoint helped promote the benefits that McKesson offered. The promotion was an instant hit, generating more than 400 leads and earning McKesson the Best Booth award for the show.

Create an engaging way for Kaiser Permanente’s sales reps to communicate the organization’s difference to brokers who could ultimately sell their offerings to corporate clients.

Graphic Ardt & Design, Inc. responded with a dynamic, easy-to-use, tablet-based presentation demonstrating how insuring employee health through Kaiser makes sense financially and logistically.

This easy-to-use and easy-to-follow presentation employed dynamic graphics and content that demonstrated the Kaiser Permanente difference, which makes insuring employee health easier, more affordable, more supportive — and even more enjoyable – for both the business and its employees alike. This video shows how some of the slide animations worked. Complex concepts were condensed into simple graphics. Graphs were brought to life. Statistics were transformed into stimulating visuals. And the navigation menu at the bottom allowed sales reps to jump to different sections of the presentation with ease.

Atlanta’s premier community for senior living, Lenbrook, needs to clearly communicate to its residents in myriad ways. When their spiritual care program needed to put out regular announcements about repeating events, they requested editable and easily readable templates. Read more.

As Lenbrook serves their senior residents, readability is paramount. Communications need to be simple and high-contrast with type that is large enough to be read from a slight distance. These templates feature pre-set styles and anchored sections to make editing easy while keeping the different elements from shifting positions.
